My responsibilities included coordinating Helsinki Pride 2024 partnerships and partner events including Main Partners, Working With Pride Partners and Support partners.

The Nuoret 2023 Exhibition featured 36 contemporary artists in seven different exhibition spaces around Helsinki. Along artists, the project involved 11 project partners, as well as sponsors and supporters. As the executive producer, my responsibilities included, among others:- Financial management of the project, including budgeting, fundraising, grant applications, and sponsor acquisition- Communication with artists, project partners, and other stakeholders, including contract negotiations-Coordination of installations and side events-Planning and implementation of audience engagement activities in collaboration with project partners, as well as serving as the immediate supervisor for audience engagement personnel- Execution of external communication as the support of the organization's communication team, including website and social media updates - Impact assessment of the project and project reporting

Kinetic Orchestra is a Helsinki-based dance company led by the award-winning choreographer Jarkko Mandelin. In my role as the company's producer, I managed financial administration, contract oversight, grant applications and reporting, marketing, and performance prodctions. Additionally, I contributed to the organizational development of the dance company.Working as the sole producer of a mid-size freelance dance company taught me that operating under pressure can be truly rewarding with the support of a dedicated team. During my time with the company, we successfully more than doubled its funding. This achievement allowed us to expand the number of full-time dancers from one to three, which might not sound a lot but in the dance field, it was something extraordinary. I was a seasonal worker at Moominworld Finland in 2014. After spending the most fairytale like summer in the Moomin valley, I continued as a freelance actor for the company entertaining children in several different company events around Finland. My characters included Little My and Moomin troll.
