I have worked for Element Lux since 2020, starting with just basic customer service tasks and from there growing my skillset to also help with product research, customer flows, and updating product and costs spreadsheets.- Product Research: Found over 300 FBA product opportunity ideas, based on criteria such as category revenue, competitor reviews, ability to stand out, Jungle Scout Opportunity Score, seasonality, ect.- Marketing: Managing Feedback Projects for various products, designing logos and marketing materials.- Customer Follow Up Flows: Managed hundreds of customers follow up flows, verifying orders, checking VIP email sign up forms, ordering replacements, and sign up gifts for customers.

I worked as a summer intern at Durabasics, a large E-commerce brand focusing on air filtration systems. Working with Durabasics for over half of a year allowed me to grow in my communication, tactical skills, and understanding of how E-commerce brands operate. During this time, I worked on excel, data analytics, market research, product differentiation, and more.After the summer ended they decided to keep me on board for the fall semester to do product research for the company.

This summer internship with Durabasics dealt mainly with planning and opening an Etsy storefront for a new business venture, consumer greeting cards for all occasions. This project expanded my critical thinking skills, communication skills, and enhanced my ability to work at a fast pace in order to meet critical deadlines. Within this summer, my excel knowledge grew exponentially and my ability to target specific markets strengthened.
