- Gestion de l’équipe media monitoring.- Prise de contact, plannification des meetings et présentation des services.- Conseil et brief clients pour la gestion des retombées médiatiques.- Elaboration des rapports d’analyse des campagnes RP.- Analyse des thématiques et suivi du corpus médias.- Lead sur le service client (Unilever, Vivo Energy, Saham, Association Maroc Cultures, UIC, AUI, Batenborch, ...)

- Planification de campagnes RP et suivi des communiqués de presse.- Rédaction des communiqués de presse et gestion des dossiers de presse.- Organisation de meetings, de points de presse et d'entretiens entre journalistes et clients.- Coordination des lignes éditoriales avec les éditeurs et suivant la stratégie du client.- Elaboration de rapport d’analyses stratégiques avec média monitoring pour les plans RP.

Baccarat, Christofle, LLadro..- Merchandising et planning marketing- Qualification des leads commerciaux BtoB.- Elaboration du plan d’actions commercial et presse.- Accompagnement RP lors des conférences de presse et évènements- Analyse et Insight des retombées de presse.
