Responsible for retail sales, customer satisfaction and customer experience, stock management and replenishment, as well as preparation and management of floor displays. During my time at Glo Health I further developed my analytical skills, customer service skills, time management skills, and organisation skills.

Part of an energetic team, I developed excellent customer service skills as well as assisting the store manager in all aspects of the business including jewellery making; stocking shelves; stock-take; candle making; shop front displays; cash handling and reconciliation, store close to lockup; and general cleaning and store front management and visual merchandising.
