Donors include USAID, OFDA, DFID, DFADT (Canada), European Commission (EC), ECHO, SIDA, Hilton Foundation, UNHCR, UNICEF, Hilton Foundation, The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation etc. The regional office income has doubled and the total region’s budget has increased 20% a year since the incumbent has been in position.The incumbent initiated two change initiatives in the region: Program Quality/Project Management Improvement and Private sector Engagement Strategy.
