As a project manager, I manage, coordinate, implement, and evaluate projects and bring ideas to the creative work at the agency. Projects I have been involved in include, e.g., web, branding, product campaigns, packaging, communication platforms, video animations, and 3D. I secure quality at all stages, from idea to finished product, and have contact with and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. My role also involves planning and executing events, photo shoots, fairs, etc. for different customers.I do the financial and time management of my projects with quotations, invoicing, and evaluations, and I make sure the timeline is followed and the deadline is held. I compile feedback and discuss it with the creative team. I have also been involved in recruiting new talents for the agency and have been responsible for interns.I do copywriting and proofread English as well as Swedish texts and produce content for, e.g., the web, social media, and brochures. I also conduct research, analysis, compilation, and conclusions on different subjects such as MedTech, industry, and retail, as well as business strategic analysis of companies, their target groups, and communication needs.

Responsible for my projects' finances and time plan, through invoicing, quotation, evaluation, and overview throughout the project.

The position began with setting up a functioning organization, as it was a newly started company. With the organization in place, the work involved both practical, strategic, and creative marketing tasks as well as being a coordinator for stores, suppliers, press, and other organizations.I was involved in the market strategy and creating yearly market plans and creatively responsible for photography, copy, and image production for the website and intranet. The work also involved graphic and content production for direct mail, advertising material, brochures, and PR as well as contacts and negotiations with various marketing suppliers.

The job involved investigations, referral treatments, analyzes and development work. Sub-project manager for the implementation of the environmental goal God bebyggd miljö in Helsingborg, healthy urban planning within the healthy cities project and the Interreg IIIA project RENT-vatten. Worked a lot with Helsingborg's general plan, cultural program, local analysis and welfare equality plans. Sofiero, one of Europe's most beautiful parks with a fantastic collection of rhododendrons signed by Gustav VI Adolf and an interesting history, attracts many visitors during the summer months. My role for several summers was to guide visitors, from preschool classes to luxury-cruising American retirees, in the castle and in the garden. The groups consisted of anywhere from 2 visitors to 70 and the task was to tell about the history and the garden in an inspiring, knowledgeable, and initiated way. The work as a guide has given me great experience in speaking in front of large and small groups and adapting my presentation based on who is listening.
