About Sofia Törling

I have many years of experience as client director, project- and production manager, developing numerous branding projects at agencies in both San Francisco and Stockholm. I lead and manage creative processes from initial idea or brief to end product and final delivery. Managing projects through strategy, design and production phase, as well as being the liaison between client and the creative team, is second nature to me. I am an organized person and always strive to create a smooth project process for both client and team. Being self-driven and working independently is just as important to me as having a solid team process and I see myself as a true team player. All being crucial in order to succeed in leading a team and managing a project. My wide experience includes both retail and corporate clients, including innovation projects. End products have been everything from packaging, identities, set design, still photography and commercials for advertising. I enjoy and thrive from planning and foreseeing the project process and setting budgets and time plans, as well as managing projects through the various production phases and final implementation. With a background in the arts, still photography and styling, I have developed a sharp eye for the creative process and end product.
