Strategy, Threat Anticipation & Research (STAR) teamReporting to the Head of Security, Strategy, and Awareness.Assisting and supporting the team’s research project on issues related to cybersecurity, new technologies, and potential threats, as well as the creation of an 'innovation radar' for Group Security: o Identification and analysis of sources o Designing and writing deliverables in English (reports, briefings, presentations) o Writing and contributing to security briefingso Contributing to reports o Supporting the team’s foresight projects on the evolution of technologies, best practices, and regulations related to security. o Supporting eventsContributing to other team activities: o Preparing articles for Group Security newsletters (e.g., Anticipation.Security, One Security Newsletter, AXA Security Newsletter). o Assisting and supporting AXA Group Security's Thought Leadership activities, e.g., coordinating necessary actions for our external engagements and aligning stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and sharing them internally/externally to highlight AXA's contributions. o Supporting the management of communities (e.g., Intelligence & Anticipation, Security Public Affairs)o Supporting activities related to the 2024-2026 security strategy.Contributing to the facilitation of the Intelligence & Anticipation community: o Monthly information-sharing and methodology meetings o Sharing information and sources in community spaces with entities.Contributing to leadership initiatives and the engagement program led by Group Security with internal and external partners.Public Affairs: o Monitoring the evolution of regulations o Managing and creating materials for monthly meetingsContributing to other team activities:o Preparing articles for Group Security newsletters (e.g., Security Essentials & Security Updates, Security Anticipation Newsletter, AXA Security Newsletter). o Participating in recruitment within the team

Main tasks:• Organising events & workshops pertaining to Internet Governance and the Geopolitics of the Internet with relevant speakers on the field. • Ensuring the association remains well-informed about the latest developments in the sector.

• Political section: assistance in meetings with local authorities and/or diplomatic corps; preparation of reports and notes; monitoring of local and international press and social networks. • Consular section: assisting in the tasks of the section, including visas, civil registration, passports, assistance to Spaniards, notarial documents, etc. • Cultural section: organization and management of events; promotion of Spanish.

• Data collection and Excel handling (e.g. UN resolutions; monitoring of military, financial and humanitarian aid to Ukraine - bilateral, EU, USA)• Translation of documents (Spanish-English-French-Russian)• Attendance to conferences (e.g. Energy transition - opportunity for democracy, organized in the framework of the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU)• News research in local and international press, RRSS, and preparation of reports.• Other administrative tasks (i.e.: CVs, country profiles, etc.).
