Management of the Visual Merchandise & Retail Marketing team, supporting 35 'Companys' stores in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland (Own Retail + Franchise set-ups). As well as creating monthly commercial campaigns fit for the different markets, I saw to that the overall strategic and visual guidelines fit the 'Companys' brand DNA and I had the responsibility of the creative development and practical coordination of the production) of all seasonal POS material for the chain. On a daily basis I led an international team of visual merchandisers, a VM coordinator and an Art Director.

Responsibilities:• Development and implementation of local brand and marketing strategies for all lines• Build and maintain local brand profile in line with HQ guidelines• PR strategies and coordinating local PR launches of new products and co-branding projects• Trade/retail: customer segmentation, coordination of POS material and sales campaigns• Planning and executing seasonal kick-offs for Nordic store staff and Key Accounts • Development and project management of events targeting end-consumers and b-2-b • Media planning• Leading the Danish marketing department consisting of 2 full-time employees• Managing local marketing budget, timely feedback to HQ etc.
