I began my career as a Laboratory Engineer, performing routine analyses and resolving technical issues. Shortly thereafter, I was appointed as a GMP Officer, leading root cause analysis and deviation investigations. During my tenure, I was promoted to Analytical Method Specialist, where I successfully improved a biochemical assay’s intermediate precision by approximately 5%.In 2017, I embarked on my leadership journey as the Laboratory Manager, coaching and learning from a team of 16 talented laboratory engineers with diverse educational backgrounds. Managing a team on a 3-shift schedule presented challenges, but I gained valuable experience and leadership skills through the Octapharma Leadership Journey at INSEAD Business School. This experience paved the way for my role as Section Head in the Assessment & Release department at Octapharma.After 8.5 years in the pharmaceutical sector, I transitioned to the Medtech field, continuing my passion for life sciences.I am dedicated to helping others achieve their personal goals, both professionally and personally. This commitment led me to earn my personal trainer license in May 2020.
