My current tasks are the following but not limited to;- Leading the implementation and E2E deployment of the new HR systems and processes within Scania’s Regions and Local Units.- Ensuring a successful implementation of SAP HR processes by coordinating various project activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring that the system meets the business requirements effectively.- Leading and performing the fit-gap analysis to identify the differences between the current state and the desired state.- Working with different cross-functional teams and Regional Leads coordinating between the central team and local units.- Working closely with the Project Management team and coordinating the transformation, as well as owning project documentation, reports, issues, risks, and decision logs.- Coordinating with different teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines- Participating in daily and weekly transformation meetings, stakeholder alignment cross-organization, and support in communications efforts on the data transformation.- Presenting project updates bi-weekly to larger stakeholder groups.- Identifying potential risks and issues and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.
