The project goal was to extend the functionality of a visual app development platform with an MBaaS toolset that made apps intuitive to build and easy to manage. The key challenges on the backend side were the development of a server that provided customers the ability to create their API, deploy, test, and scale them, as well as generate documentation. What I gave the project:➔ Added logic to synchronize the execution of tasks for deploying customer code to the cloudbetween different JVM instances. This increased speed almost by three times➔ Created a separate service responsible for billing (payments, check of usage according tolimits, build reports/graphs, marketplace)➔ Added the Firebase integration➔ Contributed to adding the logic to both the server and Android SDKTechnology stack: Java, Play Framework, MySQL, AWS, Kafka, Redis.
