· Conduct market research about relevant festivals in the arts/entertainment industry, specifically researching brands that have sponsored/partnered nationally recognized film festivals. · Visually analyze brand presentation and scale of activations at festivals/events to assess larger tier level sponsorships. · Successfully utilized personal background in music/audio industry to propose relevant audio brands to be prospective sponsors/partners of the festival.· Reorganize the list of prospective sponsors with labels that efficiently organize and classify the current status of our connection to said brands. · Create an organizational process that easily streamlines the process of keeping tabs of our prospective sponsors with color-coded labels that suggest level of acquisition, among many other additional features.· Initiate and lead communications with brands to begin the process of sponsorship acquisition. · Set sponsorship meetings with brand representative(s) and our Director of Partnerships & Development. · Meet with the Director to continuously update our tracking list with the latest communication that was made with certain brands.

· Primary coordinator & communicator for artists regarding booking, scheduling, contractual agreements, event logistics, and concert execution.· Research & contact local venues, vendors, and sponsors to drive specific traction.· Manage financial aspects including budgeting and financial reporting.· Oversee sales, marketing, & future partnerships to drive revenue growth.· Develop & implement strategic marketing plans aligned with gaining traction in order to optimize outreach strategies.· Lead & manage cross-functional teams across various departments, including live sound, content, and administrative management.· Utilize third-party social media connection platforms to track engagement & gather audience demographics, to enhance insights into our target market.· Thoroughly research & have in-depth conversations with artists to grasp their brand essence, ensuring accurate representation of them or their group in our tailored marketing content.· Identify and collaborate with concert-specific content creators, including photographers and videographers, to capture and curate content that authentically showcases the experience at our events.· Monitor and analyze pre/post event performance metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.· Consistently find new outreach strategies, ranging from social media, email marketing, SMS messaging, and much more.· Foster innovation and adaptability in response to market dynamics & trends.
