Job Duties:Generate material plan and release purchase order base on finish goods demand from Braun Center team. Ensure short term delivery schedule and long term forecast are timely and correctly transfer to local and oversea supplier. Contact with global planning team to make trouble shooting for supply shortage.Weekly review material status with production planner to ensure internal manufacture can be smooth. Set up vendor score card and site level agreement to control suppliers' performance and hoisting their capabilities. Support production planner to launch new project, ensure all the raw material can be ready on time for first SOP.Monthly inventory report, usage report, slow moving parts report to analysis current plant inventory structure. Job Duties:As team member to launch SAP migration project. In the integration procedure and system go-live term, responsible for regional master data maintenance and synchronizationIn charge of Great China vendor management, coordinate with global sales to release order and make short term delivery schedule and long term forecast to supplier. Arrange global material allocation solution with global material team to ensure supply chain running smooth.Working closely with finance and sales to solve the payment issue.Team sales data and inventory data analysis report and administration work.
