CIP primarily works with recruitments of executives – board members, Managing Directors and specialists.Responsibilities include:-Acting as a Recruitment Consultant, overseeing and managing end to end recruitment processes to ensure we identify the right candidates for our clients. - Conducting candidate interviews.- Engaging in client meetings, and providing support to both our customers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.- Prospecting new clients- Personnel responsibility and leading the research processes.

Responsibilities included:- Conducting extensive research to identify and evaluate potential candidates for executive-level positions. - Assisting the Senior consultants and CEO in different parts of the recruitment process.- Supporting senior consultants in client meetings, participation in candidate interviews and contributing to the overall search process.
