Manage Regional and Caribbean portfolios in the Latin American and the Caribbean division. These programs are funded by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Bureau of the State Department (INL). They focus on youth leadership, political party assistance, capacity building for journalists, and support to civil society at OAS forums (Summit of the Americas, General Assembly).

I managed the finance and operations of a State Department International Bureau of Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) program in the Caribbean. The program aims to improve justice sector institutions through capacity-building training, resources and technology.

As part of the arbitration group, I worked on matters brought under bilateral investment treaties, including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and under the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). These matters pertained to disputes about oil and energy, tax, mining, construction, and World Bank sanctions.
