Throughout the 2022-2023 school year, I worked in the lab of Dr. Coleen Atkins assisting with data analysis for the Neurotrauma Project. This project expands upon Dr. Atkins' previous research by testing the efficacy of new medications to promote learning and memory in rats after traumatic brain injury and history of early life stress.Since September of 2023, I have been working with Dr. Munoz at the University of Miami on her research regarding inflammatory blood biomarkers in pediatric patients born with congenital heart defects.

The "President's 100" is the University of Miami's Student Ambassador program. These students are known as the "President's 100" because they have been chosen as the top 100 students to represent the University of Miami. For this position, Student Ambassadors give campus tours to students and families, attend panels and events to help incoming students gain more information about the school, help with fundraisers and special events around campus, and overall represent the University.

As the Director of Risk Management and Wellness of the Alpha Chi chapter of Tri Delta, I oversee risk reduction and the overall wellness of over 170 members. In this position, I monitor and coordinate risk management activities such as enforcing chapter bylaws. Additionally, I promote mental wellness by implementing programs such as Body Image 3D and Behind Happy Faces which promote positive thinking and provide resources for wellness assistance.
