-Managed buildings to assist clients with the LEED certification process and communicated with property mangers, engineers, and consultants.-Wrote ASHRAE Level I and Level II reports, analyzed energy and water consumption data, and performed calculations for water and energy use compliance

- Worked with fellow interns and stakeholders on a project for the Chief Sustainability Office, created by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors- Researched transportation demand management best practices and strategies that could be applicable to Los Angeles and would support the goals in the LA County Sustainability Plan- Held meetings with UCLA sustainability researchers and faculty to discuss the current transportation and land management issues in Los Angeles to move forward with strategies that would mitigate travel behaviors contributing to emissions- Constructed a comprehensive report on our research methods, findings, and analysis for a Transportation Demand Ordinance for Los Angeles County- Presented the team’s research and results to the Chief Sustainability Office and discussed further action for Los Angeles TDMs
