Skanska 21 is a comprehensive student program encompassing educational modules in self-development, presentation techniques, and other relevant subjects. The program also features a summer internship and master thesis work. Its primary objective is to equip participants with the skills and experiences necessary for future careers.

During my tenure as an Intern at Skanska Industrial Solutions, I worked within their concrete manufacturing business unit. I was involved in several projects, such as an energy conversion project in which I conducted a data compilation in excel, and a production planning analysis which I planned and conducted on my own.
