Planning, coordinating, and acting on the communication channels of the Ambassador and the Swiss Embassy in Brazil during the visit of Federal Councillor Guy Parmelin and the Secretaries of State, Martina Hirayama (SERI) and Helene Budliger Artieda (SECO), accompanied by a notable Swiss business, science and innovation delegation, which included parliamentarians, private companies and startups in São Paulo, Brasília and Rio de Janeiro. The preparation took place in June 2023, the visit to Brazil from July 3 to 8, and the report and closing were delivered by July 14, 2023.The work consisted of- Preparing a communication plan for all the Embassy's social media channels, with an analysis and report at the end.- Connecting with Swiss partners and Brazilian institutions (companies and government) such as Itamaraty, the Vice-Presidential Secretariat, Firjan, SENAI, CEBRI, among others.- Alignment with the national press (with 40 articles in the online media).- Coordinating photos and videos at all events, visits, and meetings.- Coordinating and acting on all the posts on the Embassy's different social networks and those of the Swiss Ambassador to Brazil, Pietro Lazzeri, from July 3 to 8 (totaling +11,000 impressions on Twitter and a 20% gain in engagement on Instagram and 2000% on LinkedIn).

Responsible for collaborating in creating marketing strategies while managing eight teams of ambassadors spread in colleges throughout Brazil every semester, with a focus on capturing and converting leads, leading the platform from the unknown to exceeding sales targets at three universities in just one semester. Responsible for selecting, training, and keeping the teams motivated, as well as monitoring and measuring the impact of marketing actions to improve them at each project cycle.

Collaborator in organizing the monthly event in Rio de Janeiro called Creative Mornings Rio.Together with a team and the people responsible for the event, interpretation of the world theme to the local reality, curator of speaker and organization of the event structure in the day and the elaboration.- Responsible for the communication area, including e-mail marketing and website updating.

The Luna Program was created to rescue women's self-esteem and self-confidence, with the great objective of helping women reconnect with their inner strength. It was a face-to-face event, where through coaching techniques and behavioral training tools, the participants went through experiences to rescue their self-esteem, went through practical exercises and re-signified past traumas and beliefs.

TEDxUERJ - independent eventThe executive group, formed by five university students, was responsible for organizing the event, which took place on October 4, 2016. As Executive Producer, her primary responsibility was to guarantee the framing of TEDxUERJ in the rules of TEDxTalks. In addition, she was also responsible for organizing and structuring all the resources so that everything- staff management, agenda, and programming- was running perfectly on the day of the event. Responsible for keeping the website content up to date, producing and overseeing the delivery of internal newspapers, sending e-mail newsletters, and organizing small events and presentations.
