Calculate time-sheets and assist with payroll management monthly Enter taxes and direct deposits into the Fordham University Banner system for approximately 400 students each semesterWorks frequently with Microsoft Excel, Onbase, and Banner, collecting, storing, and managing student records Trusted with access to student records Assists with all office functionality, including but not limited to: collecting, verifying, calculating and data entry of both new and returning student employment recordsPrepare placement paperwork based on budget code and assigned supervisor to electronically fileMeet and greet applicants in order to create a friendly environment for students to search for employment Manage phone calls regarding student employment and schedule interviews with incoming students Attend training and events regarding new university policies in order to provide the best service to students
