I have more than 20 years of experience in technology, but I consider myself a "People" person mix with Software Development, specially Databases! After finishing my Master's degree in Management, I began to like even more about HR area, namely the importance of people management in the strategic vision of companies. The teams motivations and engagement with themselves and with the company are crucial to create value.I like to Lead by example aligning the engineering team with the company’s vision, create positive team culture and collaborate with other teams to reach important business goal. I like to Developing, inspiring and mentoring engineering team, provide technical guidance and coaching specially in Database Modelling, Software Architecture and Business Analysis, I consider that this are the 3 pillars for well-made software solutions. Because I have a wide range of multidisciplinary skills, including People Management , Project Management, Business Analyses, Architecture, engineering, quality and specially Databases (since I was a DBA for long time) I collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to deliver products and projects, helping them aligning, prioritising the Tasks on the Team. More on the management side, the product roadmap alignment with technical debt and also operations is one my daily goals across the teams.have proper Recruitment, Training, Evaluation processes are a must to have well planed teams.Also, I have a special concern on motivating the teams, and ensure that they have a heathy work environment, and that they are valued for their work.
