Operational advisory to the core network operations delivery management teams:- Stakeholders gathering for project plan definition and continuous optimization throughout the project;- Development and management of integrated plan in order to support and coordinate the different projects and identify main risks and conflicts;- Key issues identification and risk management, setting priorities and guiding the teams scattered in different countries throughout the world;- Daily activities management/follow-up with virtual teams;- Technical areas (engineering, operations, etc.) and suppliers contacts inter-mediation;- Preparation of solution assessment analysis to be discussed with the teams and presented to the board;- Preparation of periodic detail reports, to be submitted to the board.

- Specialized support for a FTTH network conception/implementation, offering 3P services (VOICE+VIDEO+DATA);- Project Manager and Strategy consultant for Telecomunications and Multimedia projects.

- Angolan mobile telecommunications operatorProject of definition, following and management of Luanda optical fiber network construction, in order to allow the operator to transmit at high rates. The following activities were developed: - Definition and planning of the optical fiber network route and the several optical fiber rings (with redundancy); - Planning and management of the licensing process; - Definition and validation of technical solutions during the construction of ducts of all the optical fiber network (total of 159km) – with more than 10 constructions fronts simultaneously; - Support and following during optical fiber cables and optical fiber equipments (ODFs, PTNs, etc.) installation on BTS/ Node B/ DC; - Support of optical fiber rings configuration; and - Roll-out following of the optical fiber network.

- Angolan mobile telecommunication operatorDefinition and implementation of an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution providing the following services: balance query, recharge based on vouchers, Call me, Money Transfer, Network Migration (CDMA to GSM), Change Plan and favourite number selection for a GSM/UMTS mobile network.- Portuguese mobile comunication operatorProject design, development, integration, testing and operation of a solution to support the integrated management of activity and commissions from commercial areas (Business and Retail), with Self-Care portal (technologies: ORACLE and JAVA) implementation logic.Calculation motor of fees implemented in PL/SQL using a dynamic building philosophy of rules calculation, which translates into high performance platform and parameterization flexibility.- Portuguese mobile comunication operatorProject design, development, intregration, testing and operation of a solution to support the integrated management of activity profiling of entities and commercial partners (Technologies: ORACLE; Information Analyzer; IBM DataStage). Calculation motor of profiling implemented in SQL, using a dynamic building philosophy of rules calculation and information treatment rules, which translates into high performance platform and parameterization flexibility.
