-Assist the Vice-President External Affairs in communications with all UC External Affairs Representatives, UC Regents, selected members of the California Legislature, US Congress, and other necessary persons.-Manage all office logistical information, including but not limited to: Travel Accommodations for the office and organization of all conferences, workshops, and events hosted by the office and/or UCSA, including professional development workshops. -Meet with state and federal representatives to lobby on system wide issues in San Diego, Sacramento and Washington D.C.-Responsible for recruitment, hiring and onboarding of office staff.

Assist and supervise campaign coordinators in their on-campus action with their respective campaigns. Serve as a liaison between the UC Student Association and the Associated Students at UC San Diego in all matters related to the five UCSA campaigns (RJN, Seed, UCweVote, ACQUIRE, and Fund the UC).

-Develop and implement the 2024 Orientation Program at Thurgood Marshall College -Assist in recruitment, selection, and management of Orientation Leaders. -Oversight of the vision and implementation of programming as it relates to the new student experience.

Led exercises and partook in community building to strengthen leadership and collaboration skills within the incoming first-year and transfer classes.

Organize, conduct, and supervise various recreational programs and activities; perform related duties such as fulfilling reservation requests, operating phones, and setting up sports courts.

Scheduling and coordinating with state and federal legislative offices to schedule meetings between our organization and representatives and their staff.

-Drafted public statements of support/opposition -Connecting student organizations and faculty to legislation-Member of the Policy Board where determinations are made on which policy the lobby corps will take on-Attended lobby meetings with state and federal representatives to push in favor of legislation and of the UCSA campaigns

Responsible for representing and advocating for the interests and needs of UC San Diego First-Year students in collegiate student government.

-The First year fellowship helps students cultivate leadership, professional, and interpersonal skills by participating in campus-wide advocacy and service-oriented efforts. Helps gain an understanding of the structure of the Association, its offices, and its auxiliaries and commissions.-Assisted in planning and leading two events targeted to the first-year student population totaling a turnout of over 500 students.
