• Management and cooperation in the development of procedures and manuals updating’s.• Supervision and coordination of operations guaranteeing the correct operation within the Company standards. • Management of landing permits, handling suppliers, taxes control, etc. for charter flights.• Cooperation with ACMI clients to stablish the proper starting and developing of the flights operated by Wamos Air on their behalf.• Involvement in the Spanish CAA & IOSA Audits (GRH & SEC areas) as well as in the audits of any external organization.When off station, my job role escalates to External Ground Operations rep, such as focal point between Madrid main Station, Off station and the ACMI client, in order to guarantee the ACMI/Wet Lease requirements in terms of Aircraft operations.
