• Responsible for building tailormade promo plan for customers of responsibility, based on both company’s & retailer’s needs. Allocate resources to build a balanced activation plan, instore & online.

• Cooperate closely with Key Account Management team to set customers’ priorities and prepare Business Plan

• Transform promo strategy to a solid FY promo plan, based on given guidelines and RGM initiatives
• Management of all promo activities (consumer promos, trade offers, retail offers) of 7 brands; Amita, Frulite, Avra, Fuzetea, Powerade, Monster, Illy
• Investment control; secure that actual investment remains within any given budget
• Develop contingency business plans, according to emerging market needs
• Effective cooperation with internal key departments (Planning, Marketing, Sales Analysis, Demand Planning, Sales/ KAMs, Com. Finance, RnD), ensuring clear communication in order to achieve results
• Support BTL activities by handling repackaging & POP materials (communication with Procurement, creation in SAP, develop artwork, placing orders, follow-up on stock availability)

• Analysis of market; capture and extract critical industry data and business insights (via IRI database), interpret data and make recommendations through reporting
• Monitor categories’ performance, market trends and analyze company’s & competition’s market shares per channel/ customer
• Support of commercial & marketing team through ad-hoc analyses on specific queries that arise from the fast-changing industry demands
• Contribute in the development of company’s Business Plan, providing market insights
• Formulate and share bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports & scorecards to key stakeholders, supporting decision making
• Trainings to key dpts on market analysis; how to extract data & how to interpret key findings in reports
