Passionate about problem-solving – I find it extremely rewarding to come up with creative and innovative solutions to meet (and exceed!) client’s expectations. Understanding external and internal stakeholder’s needs comes easily to me, probably related to my highly empathetic nature. One of my most distinctive traits is curiosity, which in turn leads to constant learning. The need to know and understand all the different steps, tech, processes, data and metrics that I come across makes me learn something new every day. I strive in a fast-paced environment with room to work independently and to collaborate with other teams towards the same goal. My colleagues see me as a highly analytical, data-driven person – which I guess is the trait that stands out the most when I’m in deep work-mode – while one of my managers has described me as a ‘natural leader and motivator’. Outside of work, you can find me practicing yoga (400 YTT), hiking or going to my local indoor cycling studio.
