In my role, I create a positive and engaging atmosphere for children ages 5-10 while developing and implementing age-appropriate running programs that focus on fundamental skills, resilience, and a growth mindset. I utilize my creativity to design fun activities and manage behavior effectively, ensuring that every session is enjoyable. Additionally, I handle the setup and cleanup of activities to maintain a smooth workflow.

Collaborated with a team on a materials science project at the Smart Manufacturing and Metrology Lab to measure the strain and stress that materials undergo using Digital Image Correlation. Developed skills in MATLAB for coding, data visualization, and analysis.

In my role at state and country athletics competitions, I was integral to event logistics, which included registering hundreds of participants across various age groups, as well as setting up and cleaning up to ensure everything ran smoothly. I assisted with measuring results for track and field events, such as javelin, hammer throw, and long jump, and organized race outcomes while preparing award certificates.
