As a dedicated kinesiology graduate from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), I have developed a strong foundation in human movement and exercise science. Currently, I am pursuing my master's degree with a focus on sports performance and biomechanics at Point Loma Nazarene University, where I am enhancing my knowledge and skills in optimizing athletic performance through evidence-based practices. My academic journey has been complemented by valuable internships in the sports industry, where I gained hands-on experience in sports performance training, data analysis, and program development.
