Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to;-Assure compliance with document control, standards, policies and procedures, highlighting any errors or omissions-Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date-Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff-Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly -Generate the various document control reports as required - Train new DC colleagues and other ad hoc matters assigned to me-Assist in the completion of as-built documentationPrevious projects include Songa project, Keppelfels project, Exxonmobil project, P76 project, Jangkrik FPU project, Taweelah Gas Compressor project, LNG Canada, Barossa CCPGP.

Provide customer service over the phone for mobile billing enquiries and complaints.

Provide customer service over the phone regarding general enquiries, billing enquiries, complaints etc.

Attend to customer's enquiries, booking of badminton courts for customers, receive payments for gymnasium admission and other courses.
