iBoxen is a parcel locker infrastructure, which any carrier can integrate with and deliver their parcels to the locker using our Driver app and then allow consumers to collect their parcels via our Consumer app.As a product owner at iBoxen I'm responsible for all software applications, Driver App, Consumer App, Carrier portal and our inhouse support and operations tools.I'm also responsible for setting and prioritizing the development roadmap, communicating with stakeholders and understanding the business needs. I'm an integrated part of the development team where I break down the business requirements, prepare mockups and prototypes when needed which the teams then grooms and estimates together.As we are a small development team I´m also in charge of processes such as demos, releases, testing, documentation and communication.I´m a very hands-on person and I really like being in the middle of everything.

Looklet is a fashion technology company that aims to improve workflows from shooting the garment to publishing the image, by supplying a hardware studio and a retouch pipeline.As a Product owner at Looklet my area of responsibility was the internal processing pipeline, infrastructure and platform. My main stakeholders were the developers, CTO and our internal production teams. I started at Looklet as a Test lead and Release manager. One of the first things I did was to set up a release process for our user facing applications. Looklet had grown substantially and outgrown its ad hoc processes. This meant interviewing, listing and discussing with all departments involved and finding a process that gave the most value with the least amount of steps, easily understandable and documented.As a test lead at Looklet I was the sole QA person, by setting up and improving processes, we as a development team got really good quality. The team spent more time on code reviews and group testing, this led to better quality and there was no need for a dedicated tester. For 6 months between 1st of March and 1st of September 2016 I was in King´s office in Shanghai to help set up a QA process in new development teams. Working in China broadened my views about personal and cultural preferences. I learned a lot about Chinese work/social culture. How to adapt and modify processes to fit China and well as the Western processes.
