Motivated to promote sustainable and low-carbon development that ensures greater well-being and opportunities for all people, I have more than 15 years of professional experience in sustainability, climate action, integrated water management, and governance, as a professor, consultant, and public official. Prepared with a solid technical foundation as an Environmental Engineer and a Master's Degree in Public Management from the Tecnológico de Monterrey; with specializations in climate action and governance by globally recognized organizations such as EPFL and C40.Driven by the call to action and recognizing the power of partnerships for sustainability goals, I participated in the design and implementation of the Alliance of Enterprises for Climate Action in Jalisco and the Mexican Climate Community; and as panelist and specialized manager in high-level meetings at international events, such as the Conference of the Parties on climate change (COP25 in Madrid, COP26 in Glasgow and COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh) and general assemblies of leading sustainability and decarbonization platforms (Regions4 and the Under 2° coalition).With the experience of coordinating multidisciplinary teams of more than 70 people as direct responsibility and work with dozens of institutions and organizations, assertive communication and empathetic leadership have been key to combining efforts and wills.
