Working on the Bank’s strategic enablers around Sustainable Finance and Net Zero and the impact on the balance sheet. Supporting SC Ventures.Integrating climate risk and Net Zero aspects into the Treasury Risk management. This included:- Advising Sustainable Finance and Net zero team on balance sheet impact.- Advising SC Ventures on Treasury risk.- Project lead to strengthen the banks resilience line with the bank’s Resolution planning addressing the lessons learnt from the Silicon Valley Bank and Credit Suisse fall out.- Leading Treasury and Global CFO D&I and Talent initiatives.

Risk Owner for Treasury Risk for the ASA region, representing the function in senior committees and in regulatory engagement. Managing a team of 15 across the region. This included:- Global process owner for liquidity risk, drafted and implemented Operational Risk Framework globally to 30+ countries.Responsible for risk governance for treasury risk for ASA- Representing the function in large legal restructuring setting up the ASEAN hub under the Singapore entity.- Acting as second line of defence for liquidity risk in the region. - Interacting with country regulators and auditors.

Risk Owner Short Term Liquidity and Traded Risk for the ASA region. Managing a regional team of 20. This included:- Overseeing the short term liquidity risk internal risk framework and balancing this against new regulatory frameworks after the Global Financial Crisis.- Market risk monitoring of local trading and banking books across the region.- Regulatory engagement.

Covering Financial Institutions, Public Sector and General Industries in Europe working in close co-operation with the business to optimise the utilisation of the bank’s regulatory capital, primarily through identifying opportunities in CDS hedging and secondary loan sales.

Risk analyst covering South America, Middle East and some of the larger FI relations in North America.
