Job Scope: 1. Develop and manage Business Plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements, including submission to regulatory bodies and monitoring their compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs).2. Manage the Sustainable and Responsible Investment (SRI) Sukuk Kelestarian Air Selangor for the financing of eligible projects, which includes preparing documents for issuances, publishing Sukuk Impact Reports, monitoring allocation, and addressing Sukuk holders’ queries.4. Conduct comprehensive data gathering and analysis to support decision-making in tariff rate setting, contributing to the company's financial sustainability and competitiveness.5. Track and report on corporate and regulatory KPIs to facilitate strategic objective achievement and compliance.Key Achievement1. Successfully issued a RM1.0 billion SRI Sukuk Kelestarian Air Selangor in October 2023, marking the largest offering by Air Selangor to date. The issuance received an overwhelming response from investors, supported by strong orders totaling RM3.6 billion, reflecting a robust oversubscription of 3.6 times.

Job Scope1. Conduct multiple business development strategies (e.g. Request for Proposal, project takeover, submission of tender documents and direct approach) to secure new non-core businesses.2. Conduct feasibility study and due diligence exercise for the incoming business proposals to identify their viability and financial return to the company. 3. Involve directly in the project planning and implementation which includes the preparation of proposal (i.e. project timeline, technical report, financial modelling, approval papers), loan application, stakeholder engagement, site visit, risk assessment as well as human resource planning. 4. Facilitate, monitor and maintain business and investment activities of the company to ensure their compliance with the approved business plan, timely completion and good governance to enable prudent decision making if such need arises.5. Prepare input and write-up for business plan, Jemaah Menteri paper, Parliament session, Majlis Air Negara paper.6. Prepare input and update for the Corporate KPI, departmental Risk Register and Business Continuity Plan.7. Assist in planning and preparing annual budget.Key Achievement 1. Successfully secured the first Water Reclamation Plant project (first of its kind in Malaysia) that treats effluent from Sewage Treatment Plant to produce 4 million liter per day of reclaimed water for nearby industry use. 2. Successfully established the first collaboration between IWK and state water operator via the formation of a Special Purpose Vehicle Company with Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd namely Central Water Reclamation Sdn Bhd.3. Selected as one of the Company’s Change Agents to facilitate the implementation of Culture Transformation Initiative.

Job Scope 1. Compile, process as well as review data and information of the assigned projects to produce evaluation report to be presented to Steering Committee (chaired by minister) for approval.2. Monitor performance of the approved projects based on timelines/ milestone.3. Introduce and advise project owners (companies) on the facilitation and incentives offered by Bioeconomy Corp (i.e. funding, pioneer status, technical support, market access).4. Directly support commercialisation of projects through financial stimulus (internal and external fund) and monitor the financing processes.5. Manage internal and external stakeholders (i.e. ministry, agencies, local authorities, industry players) to clearly understand and respond to their requirements effectively.6. Prepare reports and analysis to internal and external stakeholders for the purpose of strategic decision-making and policy initiatives (i.e. Global Bioeconomy Initiatives, company’s business plan).7. Undertake specific projects as assigned by Senior Vice President or Vice President.8. Plan and manage corporate events on Bioeconomy Initiatives involving ministers and participation of 600 guests. Successfully presented and obtained approval for the inclusion of 12 projects into the Bioeconomy Transformation Programme (BTP) which contribute to the following national impacts: Gross National Income in 2020 : RM2.14 bill Investment in 2020 : RM1.53 bill Job creation in 2020 : 5,424 jobs 2. Successfully facilitated the following projects on fund application: i) Natural Astaxanthin Production : RM1 mill ii) Biogas Power Plant : RM10 mill iii) Biomass Power Plant : RM7.5 mill3. Selected as one of the 22 Malaysian delegates for Students and Youths 2018 (JENESYS 2018) Program under Energy Cluster.
