A student of Brigham Young University, I will be graduating with a Masters in Public Administration specializing in Non-profits.My education along with my 5 month experience as an intern with Foundations for Family Life and my 2 years with the EFY/FSY programs have enabled me to attain a diversified set of skills.-> Event Management- Directed 70 - 250 staff members in time sensitive events while coordinating with campus contact and Program Administrators in event planning.-> Team Building- Created weekly and daily staff trainings for program improvement and enhancement. Facilitated healthy and cooperative team environments.-> Problem Solving- Implemented plans for crisis management and quick problem solving. Created Corrective Action Plans for struggling staff while still enforcing program policies.
