My background as a teacher, coach, and mother of two took me on a self-discovery path of somatic practices. I am currently involved in developing the practice of Pleasure Therapy and great consent education for kids and youth. Knowing it is one thing; embodying it the next step in leading the change* Consent training. Helping parents, teachers, leaders, and other facilitators deepen their understanding of consent and have tools for a daily consent practice. Pleasure Therapy is a growing modality for self-discovery, self-leadership, trauma-healing, and health.
