Managed all aspects of design including, entitlements, land acquisition, utility relocation plans, survey coordination, plan preparation, plan review/submittal, and construction management. Project management tasks included contract administration, project scheduling, budget preparation, change orders, preparing monthly invoices, and preparation and submittal of project proposals (RFP’s and SOQ’s).

Supervise over 30 employees in check out area delegating necessary tasks to occupy employees. Help members with inquiries regarding membership, sales, and products. Merchandize and organize products within pharmacy section.

Design wedding invitations, posters, logos, business forms, cards, and flyers. Conceptualized and created special printing projects for members using available equipment in creative methods.
