Sofia Lizzio is a dual qualified lawyer in Europe and U.S.A.Italy (since 2006), Greece (since 2008) and New York (2022). Bocconi Law School graduate, she has developed a parallel legal and entrepreneurial career, building a capacity to understand commercial issues that drive legal decisions. Postgraduate education includes a Master of International Business Law at Il Sole 24Ore Business School and a recent LL.M. on American Common Law at UPR (American Bar Association accredited). Her main strengths are: quick understanding of client’s needs, advice on critical decision making and accuracy even under pressure. She provides practical legal assistance on various issues: preliminary legal advice, drafting and/or commenting on hospitality, real estate, development and commercial contracts, management of residential and commercial leases, handling of negotiations, proposing extra judicial agreements to solve disputes. She has assisted European clients on legal matters related to RE investment in the USA, coordinating with a local team. She is currently also assisting corporate and individual clients with US immigration matters.Sofia Lizzio mostly drafts legal documents in English, but speaks several languages and can facilitate understanding and negotiations between the parties in Italian, Greek, Spanish, French and Portuguese. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude and keeps high quality standards without compromise to detail or ethics. She is currently based in Athens, Greece and can work remotely but is also available to travel depending on the client’s needs.
