Leader of the function, in charge of the development of Dow’s Corporate Affairs strategy in the South Region of Latin America (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay), focused on the consolidation of Dow’s position and reputation in economic and political environment, the protection of company’s right to operate, the support of businesses’ growth and the interaction with key stakeholders. In my role as Government Affairs Director with oversight on Public Affairs team, I lead the development and execution of strategic government relations and communications across the South Region of Latin America. I guide a diverse team to enhance Dow's image and drive business impact through effective messaging. My responsibilities include advising senior leadership, managing crisis communications, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. I've successfully implemented campaigns improving internal climate and external positioning, showcasing my strengths in leadership, strategic thinking, innovation, and collaboration.Member of Dow’s Leadership Team for the South Region of Latin America and the Public Affairs & Government Affairs Latin America Leadership Team, reporting to the President of Dow Argentina and South Region of Latin America.

Provide continuous support to businesses, functions and sites to protect Dow’s right to operate in a challenging context, through the development and execution of the Government Affairs strategy. Foster a proactive plan of engagement with key government stakeholders and trade associations in order to guarantee an appropriate environment aligned to growth objectives and to keep on positioning the company as a reliable industrial player in the region. Monitoring and analysis of market regulatory policies that could impact Dow’s right to operate in the South Region (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay). Representing Dow in trade associations. Executive briefings. Spokesperson. Lead South Region public policy and issues management strategy, ensuring alignment to LAA and to global positions and priorities. Advance policy priorities on sustainability (Circular Economy, Chemical Management and Climate Change. Build/customize policy positions for the region. Design and execute advocacy strategy: briefings, legislative monitoring, active participation in trade associations, stakeholders mapping and engagement.

Design and execution of the External Communications plan, in alligment with LAA and global priorities and campaigns. Develops and maintains on-going relationships with key target media contacts. Responsible for relations with journalists and the media, corporate reputation plans, communication strategies of the different businesses of the company and digital communications.

Lead efforts in promoting consistent regulatory systems for chemicals management, strengthening capacities in relation to the sound management of industrial chemicals, and to promote dialogue between government, industry and associations in the region.
