This involves daily management, sharing targeted marketing campaigns, and engaging with our community through updates.I handle interactions across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, responding to comments and direct messages for Ushuaïa, Hï Ibiza, and ANTS. Automated customer service bots I created help streamline these interactions and improve response times.

As a Social Media Manager at Playa Soleil Ibiza, my role involves a range of key responsibilities.
