In collaboration with TCC, Neuro Rehab VR presented an externship opportunity in which a group of 8 students from various academic backgrounds, had to design and create a new virtual reality game that would be suitable to add to their running collection of VR rehabilitation games. At the start of this project, I was voted into a leadership position. Thereafter, I was also the lead of medical research where I ensured our game would be beneficial to patients based on movements and mobility with common spine, neck and head ailments/injuries in consideration. I also did extensive research on sound and color theory to ensure the patient would receive a relaxing and psychologically positive experience. I ultimately articulated my research and was a lead speaker in our final presentation.
