As night receptionist I managed all administration during night time. That includes manual shift of the day in the computer systems, charge virtual cards, admin of new reservation as they come in, manage payments as they arrive in our systems, billings, statistic and send all of the days book-keeping to the accountant. I am responsible for the fire alarm. Of course also check in all walk-ins that arrives at the hotel.

Arbetade med administration av flygbiljetter. Återbetalningar, bokföring, ekonomihantering och mycket mer. Jag har även jobbat i ett projekt där jag samarbetade med ett annat företag för att erbjuda våra kunder en speciell servicetjänst. Har lärt mig flera nya system vilket är jätteroligt!

My sister and I bought and renewed the well known Järnvägshotellet in our hometown Gävle, Sweden. A fantastic experience that lasted nine years after which we decided to head torwards new adventures.

I cared for an old house that is the birth home of Joe Hill. A future emigrant to America who would become famous in the workers rights movement in the beginning of the 1900' century. Now the building is combined between offices with a museum and an outside natur theater. I maintained everything conscerning the facilities and yard.

Jobbade i ett litet deli där jag ensam sålde stora volymer, hanterade all kassaadministration och beställning/leveranser. Effektivt och organiserat!
