Provided UX/UI consulting to enhance the completion of flows for a transportation service app.- Based on the existing prototype in Figma, I designed screens to complete the app setup and user creation flows following the style guide.- I improved the usability of some flows by modifying buttons, style, and content strategy.- I incorporated the style guide into the Figma file setup and advised the team on basic tasks such as file configuration and exporting files.

In the prototyping phase of this project, I collaborated as a UX/UI designer to redesign the previous proposal and create the first wireframe of the main flow of this travel app. The outcome was an interactive prototype, high-fidelity wireframes, and a style guide that were used to kickstart the app development. My tasks mainly included:- Redesigning the overall user flow of the previous proposal and, based on that, designing a new prototype demo showcasing the app's features.- In the second phase, I conducted research to redesign the main app flow, including the buying process. Additionally, I built a basic design system that was used to create high-fidelity wireframes and deliver an interactive prototype in Figma.

As part of the Products and Platforms team, I contributed to three main projects by developing content strategies and designing wireframes. Part of my job in this role was:- Collaborated in the design of the internal website using Figma to create an interactive prototype, and I was responsible for documenting its delivery to the development team.- As a UX support designer, I participated in the redesign of a web platform for an American pharmaceutical company. In this project, I created presentations, content strategies, and wireframes that were approved for final development. I participated in feedback sessions and was responsible for implementing and monitoring the respective tickets.- I collected and processed data obtained from a perception survey to define a proposal in the concept phase of designing an automotive sales and service platform.
