I am part of the RK Advisors team that stands out in strategic and legal advice in tax and corporate areas, especially in tax incentive transactions and structuring of new commercial and industrial projects of infrastructure, agribusiness, energy, oil and gas.For approximately 1 year and a half, I participated in the internship program at the Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo, in which, from the study and analysis of cases, I assisted in the preparation of decisions and sentences, participated in instructions, mediations and conciliations hearings, in addition to accompanying the Judge of Law in the most diverse daily activities.Subsequently, I began my journey at Rayes & Fagundes Advogados Associados office in the civil area, advisory and litigation, with prominence in the real estate area.After 3 and a half years, I began in the tax and corporate area at RK Advisors, providing administrative and judicial strategical advice.
