Senior user experience designer working with technical, product management and geographically distributed user experience teams to improve the user experience and software harmonization of the Cell Imaging suite of products across Protein Cell Analysis. Participated in strategy sessions, conducted heuristic reviews, performed market research and led user prototype testing to inform design decisions. Known for affordability and accessibility, the redesign had to consider usability as a key design feature for the target audience who are often new to this type of technology. Reviewed business requirements and attended software development SCRUM sessions to stay abreast of current build state and technical limitations and improvements. Participated in product refinement meetings to identify and refine user experience features and functionality. Collaborated with product manager and technical lead to understand customer needs and technical limitations.
