I was born, raised and educated in Italy. I have a Master's degree in Communication and Marketing. I submitted my dissertation in English, the subject of which was aviation marketing.Thereafter, I worked for more than 10 years at Milan's Malpensa International Airport where I co-ordinated luxury airline services for Emirates as well as co-ordinating and reporting to top management on services for the private jets department. I also worked for 4 years in the automobile field, firstly with Jaguar Land Rover as their marketing co-ordinator and events organizer, and then as a sales agent for rental car agencies, including Hertz and Sixt.Thanks to these positions, I now have valuable experience in customer care, planning and the travel environment. More recently, my passion for travel and new challenges has brought me to the USA where I want to continue my career in travel management.
