Administrative support with main responsibilities:• Managing shipments and deliveries of devices from and into vendors.• Registering and issuing documents (invoices-consignment notes).• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.• Monitoring stocks and conducting movements to keep them at the foreseen levels.• Training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required the department.• Archiving documents.Daily use of Microsoft Outlook and SAP (CS) module and regular use of MS Excel
