I am the Sales Manager for Aerospace and Turbine Technology worldwide, with over eleven years of experience specializing in Turbine Blades. My previous roles as an RCS CAM Application Engineer and Cutting Tool Development Engineer have equipped me with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. In my current position, I oversee all technological components related to our machines and products, including RCS Maintenance Memberships, RCS Training, Post Processors (PP), Solid Carbide Cutting Tools, Technology Inquiries, Technology Assistance, and Process Optimization.With my extensive experience in the field, I have acquired a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the industry, as well as a keen awareness of the business and financial aspects. I am well-equipped to lead the technological components of our company and ensure that our products and services remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

As a technical manager, I oversee the comprehensive management of our cutting tools division. My focus is on the development, design, and optimization of cutting tools to meet industry standards. I collaborate closely with our application engineering teams across five key areas, providing essential support to ensure our tools are effectively utilized in various applications. Additionally, I offer global technical support for our tool business, including organizing and leading TechDays where I present and guide clients through our cutting-edge solutions. My role is closely aligned with our Engineering department, where I lead efforts to answer critical questions about the production and technology behind our cutting tools.

In my current role, I specialize in technology development for turbine blades, with a focus on advanced RCS programming using Starrag blade CAM. I am responsible for the final acceptance of 5-axis turbine blade machines, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Additionally, I serve as an instructor for global aerospace companies, where I develop cutting-edge turbine blade technologies and provide training on RCS CAM software to enhance their manufacturing capabilities.
