Coordination of the activity sequencing and mass spectrometry:• Organize and distribute the team's activity, making sure to set priorities and customer request.• Ensure regular communication with the team of 10 technicians.• Plan and follow the training of new staff• Ensure the follow-up of the qualification of the staff• Coach the team in the follow-up of continuous improvement actions• Intervene as a privileged interlocutor during customer or regulatory audits• Assist in defining budget needsTechnical expertise and quality:• Supervise the successful completion of the tests in terms of conformity of results, meeting deadlines and taking into account customer satisfaction.• Participate in the definition of activity indicators; establish and present key figures for the activity• Guarantee the maintenance of the premises and the equipment that is incumbent upon it.• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and ensure compliance with the management practices of deviations, complaints and areas for improvement.• Position of expert on microbiology activity internally and externallyTeam management :• Evaluate the performance of employees who report to them and define the annual objectives• Develop the skills of the team• Identify staffing needs and participate in recruitments
