I implemented a CRM solution for a subsidiary company. The implementation involved the identification of suitable providers, short-listing, business casing the preferred option, working with the selected vendor and ensuring that the system was successfully implemented into our production environment.In support of the production systems I have also had to resolve legacy issues by developing solutions in older technologies such as VB that have allowed systems to operate in a more efficient and up to date manner.
